Tree Demand System runs advertising for tree service companies. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use our website or fill out one of our forms, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

Only what you type in, plus standard website analytics.

When you fill out our form	Your name, phone number, the county or city you serve, your approximate monthly revenue, and how soon you could take more work. On our booking page we also collect your email address so we can send the calendar invite.
Automatically	Pages visited, how far you scroll, which buttons you click, your approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information. Please don't send those to us.

Why we collect it

To contact you. If you give us your phone number, we use it to text you and set up the call you asked for.
To prepare for that call. Your county and revenue range let us pull real numbers for your market before we talk.
To improve our ads and our website. We look at which ads bring people who actually want this, and where people get stuck on our pages.

Text messages

When you submit our form, you agree to receive text messages from Tree Demand System about your county and about scheduling your call. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out — we stop immediately. Reply HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of outside services to run this business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)	Ad delivery and measurement. If you came from one of our ads, or filled out a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta receives information about that. When you submit our website form, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your name, email and phone so it can measure results — Meta does not receive those in readable form from us.
Contentsquare	Website analytics and session recording, so we can see where people get stuck. The fields where you type your name, phone and email are masked — they are not recorded.
Google	Calendar scheduling. If you book a call, your name and email go into the calendar invite.
Resend	Delivers the internal notification email that tells us a new lead came in.
Cloudflare	Hosts this website and protects it from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to other agencies or lead marketplaces.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technology for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works. You can also limit ad tracking:

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as we're in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then we delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Tell you what information we have about you
Correct it
Delete it
Stop contacting you

Just email us and say which one — we don't require a form or an account. If you're in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a privacy law, these rights are yours by law and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be announced on this page.
